These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Anime XO mobile application ("App"). By using this App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Anime XO allows you to transform photos into anime-style, cartoon-style, and other stylized artistic edits. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or malicious activities
• Upload offensive, explicit, or copyrighted content you do not own
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app’s source code

2. User-Generated Content

You retain full rights to photos you upload. By using the App’s AI editing and anime/cartoon transformation features, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for generating results.

We do not claim ownership of your generated images and do not use your photos or outputs to train AI models.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses AI to create stylized anime, manga, cartoon, and fantasy variations of your images. These results are intended for creative and entertainment purposes only.

• Generated avatars and faces are not real people
• Outputs may vary in quality or realism
